4. The drone keeping moving in one direction.

Please refer to ‘Fine-tuning operation’ instruction, try to adjust the quadcopter by pressing on the fine-tuning button. Or, it might be that the motor was damaged.

5. Battery life depends on how long to take a charge and how operate the drone.

6. The motors and circuit board may be heat after use. Please take a 10-minute break to let them cool down between flights to ensure the drone last as long as possible.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

1. Camera doesn’t work.

Please follow the instruction about ‘Connection Description’ on page 3, if the camera fail to be connectted, please try to re-install the app.

2. APP doesn’t work.

Please download the latest APP on Syma Website or tell us with your phone model.

3. One of the Motors or Propellers doesn’t work.

Please try to check the motors and gears condition. If the motor gear was no longer aligned with the gear for the propeller, please fixed by pressing down on the propeller until the gears realigned. If the motor was defective, we are willing to send replacement.

APP control: You can control the drone via your iOS/Android smartphone via app, not only the monotonous remote controller.
